- Attend showroom walk-in customers professionally.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable two-wheeler information.

- Handle enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website, social media and other sources.

- Record all customer enquiries and lead details accurately.

- Lead Follow-Up

- Follow up with new and existing leads regularly.

- Contact customers regarding vehicle offers, finance, exchange and test rides.

- Maintain proper follow-up records in CRM/software.

- Convert enquiries into showroom visits and sales.

- Test Ride Coordination

- Explain available test-ride options to customers.

- Coordinate test rides with the sales team.

- Follow up with customers after the test ride.

- Sales Support

- Support Sales Executives in converting leads into bookings.

- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements.

- Provide customers with information about models, variants, colours, prices, offers, finance and exchange facilities.

- Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Make courtesy calls after vehicle delivery.

- Collect customer feedback and communicate concerns to the concerned department.





- Support customer retention and referral generation.

- Data & Reporting

- Maintain daily enquiry and follow-up records.

- Update CRM/customer database regularly.

- Prepare daily and monthly lead follow-up reports.

- Track pending leads and ensure timely follow-up.

- Digital Lead Management

- Handle leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website and online advertisements.

- Respond to digital enquiries promptly.

- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for lead conversion.

- Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Insurance, Exchange and Delivery teams.

- Ensure smooth communication between customers and showroom departments.

- Assist in resolving customer queries related to the sales process.
