About the Role

CEECO International is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Tele caller to handle customer calls, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.




- Explain company products/services and respond to customer queries.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with customers to support conversions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused with positive convincing and follow-up skills.

Salary Range: 10,000-20,000
