Position: Telecaller Executive

Department: Sales / Business Development / Customer Relations

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Reporting To: Reporting Manager / Department Head

- JOB PURPOSE The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for handling telephone calls, communicating with existing and prospective customers, generating business enquiries, following up with leads, and maintaining qualified customer relationships on behalf of Aayush Club.

The position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve assigned calling and business targets.

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers as per the calling database provided by the Company.
- Handle incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information regarding Aayush Club's services, facilities and offerings.
- Generate and qualify business leads through telephonic communication.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Explain products/services, packages, offers and other relevant information clearly to customers.
- Maintain proper records of all calls, enquiries, follow-ups and customer responses.
- Update customer information and follow-up status in the CRM/database on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Reservations and other concerned departments wherever required.
- Handle customer queries politely and escalate complaints or issues to the concerned Reporting Manager.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling, follow-up and lead-generation targets assigned by management.
- Make timely follow-up calls to ensure maximum conversion of leads.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and Company data.




- Prepare daily/weekly calling and follow-up reports as required by the Reporting Manager.
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and represent the brand image of Aayush Club positively.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
- REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales or business development will be an advantage.
- Good verbal communication skills in Bangali, Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with MS Office/CRM systems.
- Good listening, convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Professional, disciplined and courteous behaviour.
- PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS

Performance may be evaluated on the basis of:

- Number of calls made.
- Quality and effectiveness of customer interaction.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Follow-up efficiency.
- Lead-to-business conversion.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Accuracy of CRM/database records.
- Achievement of assigned monthly targets.
- Attendance, punctuality and discipline.
- WORKING CONDITIONS The employee shall follow the working hours, attendance rules, leave policy, code of conduct and other HR policies of Aayush Club, as amended from time to time.

The employee is expected to maintain professional conduct, punctuality, confidentiality and discipline at all times while representing Aayush Club.

- COMPENSATION

Gross Monthly Salary: ₹15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only)

Salary will be subject to applicable statutory deductions and Company policies.

- IMPORTANT NOTE The above is indicative and may be modified, expanded or revised by the Management according to the operational and business requirements of Aayush Club.
