Leading calls on leads → Sales coordination / lead management — this is inside sales or sales support responsibility.
Checking laptop delivery status with facility team → Order fulfillment / logistics coordination — post-sale operations.
Managing WhatsApp, email, and inbound calls for customer/prospect queries → Customer support / customer service function.
Requirements
