What you'll do
Call through our existing database of food industry contacts every day, plus fresh leads as they come in
Understand what each business is struggling with: no website, weak packaging, no reels or product videos, no distributors, no online presence
Pitch and close our smaller services: websites, video and reel editing, product photography, social media, packaging and branding support, one-off consulting
Pass larger opportunities to our partner Santosh, who handles full growth programs
Keep every call, follow-up and deal updated in our CRM
Follow up relentlessly. Most food business owners say yes on the fourth call, not the first.

Who we're looking for




[1–3] years in inside sales, tele-sales or business development
You understand how a food business actually runs: manufacturers, distributors, private-label, FSSAI, up-to-date trade, HoReCa, quick commerce. Or you're hungry enough to learn it in a month
Comfortable spending most of your day on calls without losing energy
Fluent in Hindi, Marathi and English
You can explain a service in straightforward terms and ask for the order

Bonus points
You've sold to food, FMCG or manufacturing businesses before
You've worked at an agency and know how design, video or web projects are scoped
You've used a CRM properly, not just as a spreadsheet
