Role: Technical Program/project Manager

Location: Hybrid - Wed/Thursday in Hyderabad, Telangana

We are seeking a Technical Program/project Manager to lead large-scale technical programs across Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business teams. The role will focus heavily on AWS, data engineering platforms, cloud technologies, and customer-facing technology initiatives in an enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate comes from a product-based, fintech, credit, financial services, or data-driven organization and has experience managing complex programs across distributed teams and geographies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams and geographies.
Drive programs involving AWS, data platforms, cloud, APIs, and microservices.
Manage program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.




Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes.
Drive Agile execution, program governance, and delivery tracking.
Coordinate global/onshore/offshore teams, vendors, and partners.
Ensure alignment with security, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

Must-Haves
4+ years of Technical Program Management or similar experience.
Experience in enterprise/large-scale settings.
Experience delivering data-driven platforms or data engineering programs.
Strong exposure to AWS/cloud platforms.
Understanding of APIs, microservices, and data engineering concepts.
Solid Agile/Scrum and cross-functional leadership experience.
Product-based, fintech, credit, financial services, or data-driven company background strongly required.
Robust executive communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred
Credit bureaus / financial services / fintech.
Global distributed teams.
Offshore/onshore delivery models.
PMP, Scrum, or SAFe certification.
