Key Responsibility

● Advanced Platform Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex errors related to

campaign architectures, Insertion Orders (IOs), and Line Items (LIs) within DV360.

● Google Ads & Ecosystem Bridging: Identify and troubleshoot tracking, conversion

synchronization, and audience segment population issues routing between Google Ads,

Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), and DV360.

● Creative & Ad-Serving QA: Root-cause investigate creative rejects, ad-serving delivery drops,

and tracking bugs involving standard display, rich media, dynamic creative optimization (DCO),

and VAST/VPAID video tags.

● Deal & Inventory Management Support: Troubleshoot programmatic private marketplace

(PMP), Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), and Open Auction deal health, focusing on floor price

drops, bid requests, filtering reasons, and SSP/exchange connection errors.

● Data Analytics: Identify broken Floodlight tags or attribution mismatches.

● Cross-Functional Escalation: Collaborate directly with Product Specialists, Engineering, and





Ad Approval/Policy teams to surface product bugs, process beta requests, and resolve high-severity account blocks.

● Strategic Client Consultation: Guide top-tier agencies and enterprise advertisers on

programmatic best practices, account structuring, and frequency capping optimization tactics.

Required Skills & Experience
DV360 experience is mandatory.
2–4 years of dedicated DV360 technical support or campaign management experience.
Solid hands-on experience with Display & Video 360 (DV360).
Positive understanding of Google Ads and the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem.
Knowledge of CM360, Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4) is preferred.
Understanding of programmatic advertising, RTB, SSPs and the programmatic auction lifecycle.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Solid customer service and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling support through phone, chat and email.
