Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, generating and qualifying leads, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits for the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

/n

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided leads.

/n

- Understand clients' requirements, budget, preferred location, property type, and investment objectives.

/n

- Explain real estate projects, locations, configurations, amenities, pricing,



and investment opportunities.

/n

- Generate, qualify, and nurture prospective leads through regular follow-ups.

/n

- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

/n

- Schedule qualified site visits and meetings for the Sales team.

/n

- Follow up with prospects through calls and Whats App.

/n

- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up status in the CRM.

/n

- Coordinate closely with Sales Executives for lead handover and further conversion.

/n

- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.

/n

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead-generation, and site-visit targets.
