About the Role
Lotus Healthcare Services LLP is looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide personal and medical care to patients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on nursing experience and a strong commitment to patient comfort, safety, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide personal care support: bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, and daily living activities
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen levels, blood sugar)
• Perform basic wound care and dressing changes
• Assist with feeding, hygiene, and positioning for bedridden or elderly patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and daily care logs




• Coordinate with doctors and family members regarding patient condition
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and escalate as needed
• Ensure a clean, secure, and hygienic care setting

Required Qualifications & Skills
• GNM / B.Sc Nursing (or equivalent recognized nursing qualification)
• Valid Nursing Council registration/license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical, hospital, or home/personal care nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) / First Aid knowledge preferred
• Positive communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends if required
