Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing customers regarding account retention.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate retention solutions.
Explain product features, advantages, and available offers to customers.
Build positive customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
Meet daily calling targets and retention goals.
Accurately update customer interactions in the system.
Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer queries.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
