Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Finance & Accounts Executive with robust accounting, taxation, and compliance experience. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Tally ERP and possess practical knowledge of accounting processes, GST, TDS, income tax, financial reporting, and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally.
Pass and verify journal entries accurately.
Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
Prepare and review trial balance.
Handle depreciation accounting and fixed asset records.
Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
Ensure proper accounting documentation and record maintenance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist in finalization of books of accounts.
Analyze and classify major heads under assets and liabilities.




Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and supporting schedules.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
Preparation and filing of GST returns within prescribed timelines.
Knowledge of various GST forms and due dates.
Reconciliation and comparison of GST returns with books of accounts.
Vendor GST reconciliation and input tax credit verification.
Ensure compliance with all GST regulations and statutory requirements.
Calculation, deduction, and deposit of TDS as per applicable provisions.
Knowledge of TDS rates, thresholds, and compliance requirements.
Preparation and filing of TDS returns.
Reconciliation of TDS records and handling of related documentation.
