Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, eligibility, fees, and

admission procedures.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, enquiries, leads, and walk-ins.
Understand students' interests and recommend suitable design programs.
Explain INSD courses, curriculum, career opportunities, and admission process effectively.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Coordinate and assist students during the admission and enrolment process.
Build solid relationships with students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with academic, marketing, and centre teams for smooth admissions.
Participate in counselling sessions, events, seminars, and student engagement activities

when required.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
Positive command of English and Hindi.
* Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven workplace.
