As a social media marketing professional your role involves developing implementing tracking and optimizing our social media campaigns across all relevant channels. You would also be required to deliver clear and concise content to keep our target audience engaged.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Content Planning & Execution

- Build and run monthly content calendars for the Exito corporate brand and event pages across LinkedIn Instagram X and YouTube.

- Write platform-native copy (posts carousels captions threads short-form video scripts) for a C-suite B2B audience.

- Plan launch-week countdown live-event and post-event content for each conference.

- Label every piece of content by its goal (delegate sponsor or brand) and write to that audience.

Event Promotion

- Promote speakers agendas and sessions in coordination with the conference production team.

- Run live coverage on event days including real-time posts stories and highlights.

- Repurpose event recordings and speaker clips into short-form assets.

Community & Engagement

- Manage comments DMs and mentions within agreed response times.

- Grow followers and engagement on LinkedIn the priority channel for our audience.

- Coordinate with speakers sponsors and partners on co-branded and tagged content.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track reach engagement follower growth click-through and registration influence per platform.

- Maintain UTM tagging conventions so social traffic is attributable to analytics.

- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with transparent recommendations.





Research & Coordination

- Monitor competitor event pages and ads (including Meta Ad Library) for positioning and creative trends.

- Track trends in enterprise tech BFSI cybersecurity and digital transformation for timely content.

- Brief the design team on visual requirements and review creatives before publishing.

- Support the paid-ads team with organic insights and audience learnings.

Requirements

Must-Have

- 02 years of social media experience preferably B2B events media or tech.

- Strong written English suited to a senior professional audience.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn company page management.

- Working knowledge of native analytics (LinkedIn Meta Business Suite) and Google Analytics.

- Understanding of UTM parameters and basic campaign tracking.

Good-to-Have

- Experience promoting conferences webinars or B2B events.

- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer Hootsuite Meta Business Suite or similar).

- Basic Canva skills for quick edits.

- Exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot Zoho) or email marketing.

- Interest in enterprise technology and IT industry trends.

Required Skills:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Communications Event Management or a related field (preferred). 2. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills. 3.
