Main Tasks & Areas of Responsibility

:

collection system migration Preparing BRDs and Complete the UAT testing Preparation of Daily collection MIS Legal MIS Co-Ordinate with Call center team Query Handling liaise with respective applications IT team to address existing IT issues to ensure timely delivery of MIS reports.
