Provide support in implementing effective Subcontracting systems / methods & procedures in order to meet the overall Project objectives / targets

1. Coordinate and integrate all engineering disciplines Planning and scheduling Construction management Cost Control Commercial and Claim Management - in order to perform his tasks
2. Create and maintain a common database which will benchmark all E&C; Subcontractors performances
3. Maintain / establish competitive and reliable construction subcontractors
4. Support the proposal team for proposal phase
5. Evaluate each construction subcontractors

Are you a MATCH

1. Bachelor degree in mechanics or equivalent
2. 12 years of experience with min 5 years experience in the construction subcontracting
3.



Knowledge of laws norms and regulations regarding construction / Technical knowledge in Engineering and Construction with a sufficient understanding of technical specifications as well as ability to read technical drawings understand Scope of Works descriptions
