Portfolio Management
Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to minimize losses and maximize recoveries in line with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Continuously review and improve recovery processes identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reductions
Oversee a portfolio of business loans identifying potential risks and opportunities for recovery and developing targeted recovery plans.
Stakeholder Management
Engage with internal stakeholders including sales and risk teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Interact with customers to negotiate repayment plans settlements and other recovery-related activities.
Compliance Management
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements organizational policies and industry standards.
Data Management
Provide regular reports and analysis on recovery performance including metrics such as recovery rates days to recover and loss given default.
