We are seeking a talented and motivated Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers identifying their needs and converting leads into qualified sales opportunities. Your strong communication skills and ability to build quick rapport will play a key role in driving revenue and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Screening & Telesales
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products and services.
Assess customer requirements and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
Convert leads into sales opportunities by providing clear persuasive and relevant information.
2. Customer Engagement & Product Demonstration
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and pain points.
Educate potential clients about product features benefits and value propositions.
Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
Experience in SaaS-based products / ERP solutions is highly desirable.
Self-motivated results-driven and able to work both independently and within a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience range: 14 years in inside sales tele-calling lead generation and demo presentation roles in IT SaaS / Zoho-based environments.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual proficiency is a plus. Strong interpersonal negotiation and persuasion abilities. Prior experience in delivering product demos to clients is mandatory. Hands-on experience explaining SaaS / ERP / Zoho-based solutions during demo sessions. Valuable computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred). Experience in SaaS-based products / ERP solutions is highly desirable.
