Job Description – Raw Material & Packing Material Store Manager

Position: Raw Material & Packing Material Store Manager
Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Location: Chhatral Gujarat

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Industry Preference: Candidates from the Pharmaceutical Industry only

Job Purpose

To manage and control the complete store operations for pharmaceutical raw materials packing materials and other production-related materials ensuring proper receipt storage inventory control documentation and timely issue of materials to the production department as per company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Raw Material & Packing Material Management

- Manage day-to-day activities related to Raw Material and Packing Material stores .

- Ensure timely receipt inspection storage and issuance of materials.





- Maintain proper identification segregation and storage of materials as per pharmaceutical industry requirements.

- Ensure availability of materials as per production planning and requirements.

- Coordinate with Purchase Production QA/QC and Planning departments for material requirements.

2. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials packing materials consumables and other store items.

- Monitor stock levels minimum/maximum stock and material consumption.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

- Identify slow-moving non-moving damaged expired or excess inventory.

- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

3. Material Receipt & Issue
