The role will be responsible for driving revenue, building high-performing teams, managing key stakeholders, and scaling the city’s business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and grow the Bangalore real-estate business and achieve city-level revenue targets.Develop and execute city-level sales and business growth strategies.Build, manage, motivate and mentor large sales and operations teams .Drive hiring, training, performance management and team development.Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, brokers and key clients .Drive project launches, sales initiatives and marketing coordination.Monitor the complete sales funnel, lead generation, conversions and customer experience.Own and monitor city-level business performance and P&L; .Ensure seamless coordination across sales,



operations and customer service.Identify new business opportunities and scale the city’s real-estate operations.Develop and maintain a strong broker/channel partner network across Bangalore .Requirements10–18 years of experience in real-estate sales, business development or leadership roles.Solid understanding of the Bangalore real-estate market , developers and projects.Proven track record of achieving revenue/sales targets and scaling teams.Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.Experience managing large sales and operations teams.Strong relationships/network with Bangalore brokers, developers and channel partners .Strong commercial and business acumen with experience in P&L;/business ownership.MBA preferred.Key SkillsReal Estate Sales | City Business Leadership | Revenue Growth | P&L; Management | Team Management | Developer Relations | Channel Partner Management | Broker Network | Business Development | Sales Strategy | Project Launches | Customer Experience
