About the CompanySemillas Fitó India is looking for passionate agriculture professionals to join our Technical Sales Team across multiple locations in India ( Multiple openings across Hyderabad, Kota, Ahmedabad, Kaithal, Varanasi and other agricultural territories in India)About the RoleThe role focuses on farmer engagement, field demonstrations, crop trials, dealer relationship management, market development, and supporting sustainable business growth in the assigned territory.Responsibilities :Drive farmer engagement through field visits, crop demos, farmer meetings, and dealer training sessionsCollaborate with the sales team to accelerate product adoption, strengthen dealer networks, and support business growthExecute crop trials and collect field-level performance dataIdentify market gaps and support demonstration activities in high-potential territoriesBuild robust relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and internal sales teamsProvide technical support on crop performance, product positioning,
