Job DescriptionPosition: Sales ExecutivenLocation: Jaipur, RajasthannIndustry: Event Planning & ManagementnEmployment Type: Full timenExperience: 1–3 Years preferrednAbout the Role :- We are looking for a target-oriented and proactive Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and sales for our event planning services. The role will involve lead generation, customer outreach, lead management, meetings, follow-ups, and converting prospects into confirmed clients.nKey ResponsibilitiesnMake outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on incoming leads.nGenerate new leads through calling, WhatsApp, social media, references, and other outreach channels.nUnderstand customer requirements, event preferences, budget, and timelines.nMaintain and regularly update CRM records, including leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversion status.nManage the complete lead-to-conversion cycle and ensure timely follow-ups.nSchedule and conduct customer meetings and presentations.nCoordinate with the event planning/operations team to prepare suitable proposals and quotations. Negotiate with customers and follow up until sales closure and booking confirmation.nMaintain a strong pipeline of active and potential customers.nAchieve monthly/weekly sales and conversion targets.nPrepare regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, meetings, conversions,



and revenue.nMaintain strong customer relationships and explore opportunities for repeat business and referralsnKey SkillsnExcellent communication and convincing skills.nStrong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.nGood follow-up and negotiation skills.nTarget-driven and comfortable working with sales numbers.nGood knowledge of CRM and lead management systems.nProficiency in WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic digital tools.nAbility to independently manage multiple leads and follow-ups.nPositive attitude, ownership, and strong execution skills.nPreferred CandidatenGraduate in any discipline.n1–3 years of experience in sales, event management, hospitality, wedding planning, real estate, or customer acquisition preferred.nCandidates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.nJaipur-based candidates preferred.nPerformance ParametersnThe role will be measured on:nNumber of leads generatednLead response and follow-up ratenCustomer meetings scheduled/conductednConversion rate • Confirmed bookings/revenuenCRM accuracy and timely updatesnAchievement of monthly sales targetsnCustomer relationship and repeat/referral opportunitiesnLocation: Jaipur, RajasthannSalary: As per experience and industry standards + performance incentivesnHow to Apply: Interested candidates may apply to this job post or send their resumes to [email protected]
