Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows

- Analyze existing business processes and recommend solutions aligned with customer objectives

- Lead or support the implementation of banking products as part of digital transformation and modernization initiatives

- Work closely with customer business teams, product teams, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery

- Support functional design, configuration validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production rollout activities

- Act as the primary liaison between customer business teams, implementation teams, and technical stakeholders

- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and functional walkthroughs

- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and other project documentation

- Support project planning, issue resolution, change management, and implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle





Requirements

- 10+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in the Banking and Financial Services domain

- Mandatory Corporate or Commercial banking experience.

- Hands-on experience with Pricing and Billing applications.

- Mandatory experience working for a System Integrator (SI) on banking transformation or implementation programs

- Proven experience implementing banking products for customers, working closely with business and technology stakeholders

- Strong understanding of banking products, banking operations, and financial services processes

- Strong experience in business analysis, requirements management, functional consulting, solution design, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Experience with process modelling, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and functional validation

- Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA and Confluence

- Should be adaptable to work across different shifts based on business requirements.
