Job Summary

MVL Ltd. is looking for skilled Plumbing and Electrical Technicians to carry out installation, maintenance, and repair work across its residential/commercial project sites and office premises in Gurugram. The technician will ensure all plumbing and electrical systems function safely, efficiently, and in compliance with statutory codes.

Key Responsibilities

Plumbing:

- Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fittings, and pumps

- Detect and fix leakages, blockages, and pipe damages

- Carry out fitting/replacement of taps, valves, geysers, flush systems, etc.

- Read and work from plumbing layout drawings

Electrical:

- Install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring, switchboards, DBs, MCBs, and fittings

- Maintain lighting systems, motors, pumps, and other electrical equipment

- Carry out fault-finding and troubleshooting of electrical faults

- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and local regulations

General:





- Attend to daily maintenance complaints/tickets within defined TAT (turnaround time)

- Maintain tools, equipment, and stock of spare parts

- Coordinate with the Foreman/Site Supervisor on planned maintenance schedules

- Follow all safety protocols (PPE usage, lock-out/tag-out, etc.)

- Maintain daily work logs/reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Plumbing, Electrical, or related trade (preferred)

- 2–5 years of relevant hands-on experience (residential/commercial/real estate projects preferred)

- Working knowledge of relevant tools and testing equipment

- Basic understanding of safety codes and practices

- Ability to read basic technical drawings

- Physically fit to work in office, including at heights/confined spaces where required

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
