We are looking for a Technical Writer – Research & Academic Publications with strong knowledge of academic research methodologies and statistical analysis. The candidate will work closely with research scholars, PhD scholars, academicians and faculty members to support research writing, data analysis and manuscript preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, edit and develop research papers, journal manuscripts, thesis/dissertation content and research reports.
- Work on research projects related to:
- Business Management
- Social Sciences
- Education
- Psychology
- Understand and apply different research methodologies, including:
- Qualitative Research
- Quantitative Research
- Mixed-Methods Research
- Systematic Literature Review (SLR)
- Meta-Analysis
- Perform statistical analysis using SPSS.
- Use Python for data analysis, visualization and generation of research graphs/charts.
- Interpret statistical results and present findings clearly in academic language.
- Support researchers with descriptive and inferential statistics, hypothesis testing, correlation, regression, ANOVA and other relevant statistical techniques.
- Develop tables, graphs, figures and statistical interpretations suitable for research publications.
- Conduct literature reviews and organize research findings.
- Ensure manuscripts follow appropriate academic writing, citation and journal formatting standards.
- Review manuscripts for grammar, structure, coherence, methodology and research presentation.
- Work with researchers to understand research objectives,



datasets and analytical requirements.

Required Skills
- Excellent academic and technical writing skills.
- Strong understanding of research methodology.
- Hands-on knowledge of SPSS.
- Good working knowledge of Python for statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Knowledge of qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method research.
- Knowledge of Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and Meta-Analysis.
- Ability to understand and interpret statistical outputs.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent English communication and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work with multiple research projects and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification
- Master's degree / M.Phil. / PhD in Business Management, Social Sciences, Psychology, Education, Statistics, Economics, Research Methodology or a related discipline.
- Candidates with relevant research-writing and statistical-analysis experience may also be considered.

Preferred Experience Experience in academic research writing, journal manuscript preparation, thesis/dissertation support, statistical analysis or working with research scholars will be an advantage.
