Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Position: Technical Support Specialist.( Night Shift)

Provide L2 / L3 level technical support for international clients, primarily from the US or UK.

Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Azure and AVD environments.

Manage Remote Desktop Services support and resolve escalated technical issues.

Handle Office 365 and SharePoint-related support tickets efficiently.

Deliver high-quality,



customer-focused resolutions within agreed SLAs.

Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

Minimum 3 -10 years of experience supporting US or UK-based clients.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Microsoft Azure and AVD

Remote Desktop Services

Office 365 and SharePoint support

Experience with Datto RMM and AutoTask is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Excellent English communication skills—both spoken and written.

Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced remote support workplace.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
