Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support Executive role based in Mumbai.

The Technical Support

Executive will handle customer queries related to smart technology, security systems, and IT infrastructure, providing timely resolutions and guidance. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with internal teams for escalations, and maintaining detailed records of support cases. The role also involves installing and configuring systems, performing routine checks,



and educating customers on product usage and maintenance.

The Technical Support

Executive will contribute to service quality improvement by capturing customer feedback and suggesting process enhancements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, resolve, and document system issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Support and Customer Service skills to manage queries, provide clear communication, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret technical information, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
- Working knowledge of IT networking, security systems, and automation solutions is highly beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, visit client locations when required, and manage multiple cases in a quick-paced environment.
- Relevant technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable.
