We are seeking a technically skilled professional with strong IOT and Hardware troubleshooting abilities and excellent English communication skills to support international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot software, application, connectivity, and device-related issues.
- Provide remote technical support to US clients.
- Work with Linux and Android environments.
- Perform log analysis, debugging, and system monitoring.
- Collaborate with QA, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and support processes.

Requirements:

- 3 to 4 years of experience in Technical or Application Support.
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Android.
- Knowledge of networking and troubleshooting.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience supporting international customers is preferred.
