Senior People Soft CRM Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior People Soft CRM Developer to design, develop, and support our People Soft CRM solutions, BCI. The ideal candidate combines solid technical expertise with the ability to independently analyze requirements, design robust solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enhancements within the People Soft CRM platform.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and develop advanced People Code solutions.
- Build reusable frameworks and services using Application Packages.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Integration Broker and APIs.
- Perform technical analysis, solution design, and impact assessments.
- Optimize application and database performance.
- Support PUM activities, upgrades, and customization reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of People Soft development experience .
- Experience with People Tools 8.58+ .
- Strong expertise in:
- People Code
- Application Engine
- Application Packages
- Component Interfaces
- People Soft Events & Event Mapping
- Drop Zones
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL , query tuning,



and performance troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with Integration Broker , REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Hands-on experience with Fluid UI development.
- Experience with PUM , Compare Reports, and upgrade impact analysis.
- Strong understanding of People Soft security and troubleshooting.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application, integration, and performance issues.

Preferred Skills

- People Tools 8.59+.
- People Soft CRM experience.
- Elasticsearch/Open Search.
- OAuth, SSO, and security integrations.
- Web Logic and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) knowledge.

A senior technical professional with deep expertise in Application Packages, Integrations, SQL, People Soft Events, and Solution Design , capable of delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions.

Note: 8+ Years of experience in IT Industry and 5 Years in People Soft development
