Perform dimensional inspection of machined parts and assemblies using CNC and manual measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges).
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and specifications.
Conduct first article inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final inspections of components.
Record and document inspection results, deviations, and non-conformances accurately.
Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for non-conforming products.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain and calibrate measurement equipment as per schedule.
Follow all safety and quality protocols and maintain a clean working setting.
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical / CNC domain.
2 years of work experience in CNC domain.
