• Manage daily F&B; operations and ensure smooth service.
• Handle guests and resolve queries/complaints.
• Supervise staff, grooming, hygiene & SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments.
• Support upselling, inventory and wastage control.
Preferred candidate profile
• 24 years experience in F&B;/Restaurant operations.
• Hotel Management/Hospitality qualification preferred.
• Positive communication and team-handling skills.
• Guest-focused and presentable.
