Assist in receipt of raw materials and packing materials.
Check quantity, batch details, material codes, and documents during material receipt.
Ensure materials are stored in designated locations.
Maintain proper segregation of approved, rejected, quarantine, and returned materials.
Assist in updating stock and inventory records in ERP/system.
Support dispensing and issuance of materials as per authorized requisitions.
Maintain batch-wise and location-wise inventory.
Assist in periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
Ensure proper labeling and traceability of materials.
Maintain store-related documentation and records.
Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and housekeeping requirements.
Coordinate with QA/QC and Production for material movement and status updates.
Report discrepancies, damages, shortages, or excess stock to the concerned senior.
