Responsible for managing daily OT operations, surgical schedules, and coordination with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing, CSSD, and support departments.
Supervise OT staff and ensure OT readiness, availability of instruments, consumables, and emergency supplies.
Ensure compliance with infection control, surgical safety, SOPs, and quality standards while maintaining OT records and monitoring utilization, turnaround time, and delays.
Address operational issues, coordinate timely resolution, and support staff training and performance.
