As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering data migration projects on time and within scope. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful implementation and adherence to best practices in data management.Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Hybrid – Hyderabad/Bangalore/PuneExperience: 12+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Lead the project lifecycle for data migration initiatives, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Collaborate with IT, data analysts, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.Monitor project progress and performance,



identifying and mitigating risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure data quality and integrity during migration processes through rigorous testing and validation.Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.Conduct post-migration reviews to evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.Stay updated on industry trends, data management best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to data migration.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on data migration projects.Solid understanding of data migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration concepts.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials is a plus
