Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance of all machines and equipment.
Ensure minimum breakdowns and reduce machine downtime
Supervise and manage maintenance team (technicians, electricians, fitters).
Handle breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of operations.
Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical items.
Monitor equipment performance and improve machine efficiency.
Ensure safety compliance (LOTO, SOPs, work permits).
Control maintenance budget and reduce repair costs.
Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and contractors for servicing and AMC.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and MIS data.
Support production by ensuring smooth utility systems (air, power, HVAC, etc.)
