Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and system interactions across applications.
Create functional documents, process flows, and system flow diagrams.
Collaborate with business, development, and testing teams to ensure successful delivery.
Support end-to-end testing, UAT, and requirement validation.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog discussions.
Identify requirement gaps and provide solutions to improve product outcomes.
Work closely with global teams and stakeholders across regions.

Required Skills
Strong experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
Hands-on experience in Defined Contribution (DC)/Workplace Investing/Retirement Services domain.
Expertise in requirement analysis, functional documentation, and process mapping.
Experience with End-to-End Testing, UAT,



and defect validation.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Positive to Have
Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD).
Financial Services or Retirement Perks domain experience.
Experience working with distributed/global teams.
Ability to mentor team members and drive delivery ownership.
