Legal Associate

Job Summary

we are looking for an experienced Legal Associate to support legal, compliance, contract management, and property-related matters. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in legal drafting, contract drafting, vendor and contractor agreements, property documentation, and coordination with external legal teams. Candidates with prior experience in the Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, or Property Development industry will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and work closely with external legal counsel and legal teams.
Draft, review, and manage contractor agreements, vendor contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
Handle legal drafting, documentation, and contract administration.
Conduct property due diligence, title verification, and legal review of land-related documents.
Coordinate registrations, mutations, land records, and statutory approvals.




Liaise with government authorities, registrars, courts, and local bodies.
Support legal compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain organized legal records and documentation systems.
Assist in litigation support, legal research, and case documentation.

Mandatory Requirements
LL.B. from a recognized university.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Legal & Compliance functions.
Solid experience in:
Legal Drafting
Contract Drafting
Contractor & Vendor Agreements
Property Documentation
Due Diligence
Compliance Management
Experience coordinating with external legal teams and advocates.
Prior experience in the Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, or Property sector preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
