Duties and Responsibilities
Meet/exceed business goals/targets in different products (i.e., loans and insurance bundled/non-bundled) through lead fulfillment field activity on existing database.
Manage and control all channel businesses.
Recruit, retain, and manage a productive team of off-roll employees.
Maintain delinquency on the portfolio, in line with the product segment.
Take care of customer escalations and complaints.
Monitor and measure key conversion and productivity data penetration metrics.
Effectively engage with Credit and Operations Risk teams.
