Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate discovery solutions with existing IT infrastructure
Analyze and optimize discovery patterns to ensure accurate and comprehensive CMDB population
Develop and maintain custom discovery patterns and probes as per business requirements
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving discoveryrelated issues to maintain system integrity
Stay updated with latest ServiceNow ITOM capabilities and best practices to continuously improve discovery processes
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITOMDiscovery modules
Design and develop discovery patterns probes and sensors to automate asset and service discovery
Manage CMDB data quality by ensuring accurate and timely discovery of IT assets
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align discovery solutions with business goals
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on ITOMDiscovery tasks
Document technical specifications configurations and processes related to discovery activities
Conduct testing validation and deployment of discovery solutions in production settings
