Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, rate analysis, and cost calculations.
Prepare and verify RA Bills, Measurement Sheets, Abstracts, and Client Bills.
Verify site quantities, subcontractor bills, work orders, and measurements.
Monitor project quantities, costs, variations, and material reconciliation.
Prepare variation, deviation, extra-item, and reconciliation statements.
Coordinate with Project, Planning, Execution, Procurement, Design, and Accounts teams.
Maintain billing, measurement, work order, and payment records.
Prepare cost reports, budget vs. actuals, and cost forecasts.
Ensure billing complies with BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contract terms.
Support final billing, client coordination, and project close-out.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Billing.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural and structural drawings.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
