Job Position: Electronics Engineer

Department: R&D; / Production

Role Purpose: Design, develop, and support electronic assembly for different types of plastic welding machines, and provide technical support during production and testing.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test electronic assembly for different types of plastic welding machines, generators, controllers, and PCBs
Work on R&D; projects to improve existing products and develop recent machine models
Prepare circuit diagrams, BOMs, and technical documentation
Select components and coordinate with vendors for procurement of electronic parts
Support in assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies
Conduct quality checks and calibration of any system.
Identify and resolve electronic faults during production and after-sales service
Work on PLC, firmware/embedded systems (if applicable)



in coordination with software team
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (CE, ISO, etc.)
Maintain records of testing, design changes, and version control
Assist in coordinating weekly meetings.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma)
1 to 6 years of experience in electronics design, preferably in industrial machinery industry
Solid knowledge of power electronics, electronic componenets, PCB design, microcontrollers, and analog/digital circuits
Hands-on experience with tools like Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Soldering, PCB design software (Eagle/Altium/OrCAD)
Positive leadership, problem-solving and documentation skills
