Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Develop manpower plans based on business requirements.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Implement performance appraisal and performance management systems.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Drive employee engagement, welfare activities, and retention initiatives.




Identify training and development requirements and coordinate training programs.
Prepare and monitor HR MIS, dashboards, and workforce reports.
Coordinate with department heads and management on HR-related matters.
Support organizational development and manpower cost optimization.
Maintain HR documentation and ensure audit readiness.
Lead and mentor the HR team.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust leadership and people-management abilities.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and other HR tools.
Experience in handling blue-collar and white-collar employees is preferred.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Preferred Experience
Experience in a manufacturing / engineering / automotive / industrial setting.
Exposure to factory HR and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
