Shift Manager Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily shift operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
Lead, guide, and allocate tasks to the team during the shift.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
Handle billing, cash management, and shift closing procedures.
Ensure adherence to Chaayos SOPs and operational standards.
Monitor sales, productivity, and shift performance.
Train and motivate team members for better performance.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and report shift-related issues.

Shift Manager Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Shift Manager in a QSR.
Solid shift management and daily operations skills.
Experience in conducting audits and maintaining SOP compliance.
Valuable team handling, leadership, and people management skills.
Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and wastage reduction.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
