Job Title: Sr. QA (Manual & Automation)

Location: Puducherry / Chennai, India
Qualification: E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science/IT.

Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and API testing.
Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
Identify, document, track, and validate defects through the complete defect lifecycle.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant automation frameworks.
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar tools.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools to support test case generation, test automation, test data creation, and defect analysis.
Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Business Teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.




Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Manual Testing and SDLC/STLC.
Experience in Automation Testing using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
Positive understanding of API Testing.
Knowledge of SQL/database testing.
Experience with JIRA or similar defect/project management tools.
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD is an added advantage.
Hands-on experience using AI tools for software testing/automation.
Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
