We have an exciting opportunity for Sales Consultant - Navi Mumbai, Vashi location.

Location Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Mode – Work from office (Monday to Friday) – Saturday will be Work from Home

Shift timing – 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Job Purpose

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for handling prospective students/clients and driving

enrolments for Graduate, Postgraduate, Degree, Executive Education and Doctorate

programmes across international markets.

The role will involve lead follow-up, student counselling, telecalling, customer engagement,

handling queries, and converting enquiries into enrolments while achieving assigned sales

targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound leads through calls, enquiries, referrals and events.
Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable programmes.
Nurture leads through regular follow-ups and convert enquiries into enrolments.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales and enrolment targets.
Handle objections, negotiate and close admissions.
Maintain accurate CRM/database records and sales pipeline.




Build solid relationships with prospective students.
Participate in open days, webinars and student engagement activities.

Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in education sales, admissions, student counselling or inside

sales.
International education sales experience is preferred.
Solid telecalling, counselling, negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent English communication skills suitable for international students.
Target-oriented, proactive and customer-focused.
Good computer/CRM skills.
Willing to work flexible schedule when required.

AI Experience – Preferred

Prior experience with AI/GenAI programmes or technology solutions is an added advantage, but

not mandatory. This is an education sales role, not an AI consulting role.
