About the Role:
We're hiring a Business HR Specialist to drive end-to-end HR operations for our EoR (Employer of Record) business — managing the complete employee lifecycle, HRIS, payroll compliance, and stakeholder relationships across clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits & final settlements
Drive HR policy, SOP execution and process standardization across clients
Maintain HRIS data integrity; generate MIS reports & dashboards for leadership
Handle compensation structures, salary benchmarking, offer management & payroll compliance
Implement HR policies, Code of Conduct,
and manage employee relations/grievances
Partner with Talent Acquisition, IT & Finance for seamless HR service delivery
Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
1–6 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role in a fast-paced setting
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; adaptable to ERP/HR platforms
Robust understanding of employee life cycle & HR Ops methodologies
Excellent communication skills — able to independently manage Indian & Global stakeholders
High attention to detail, discretion with sensitive data, solid stakeholder management
