Role & responsibilities
Manage electrical maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operation of API manufacturing and utility systems.
Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, and electrical distribution networks.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, electrical safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and improve power reliability, energy efficiency, and utility performance across the plant.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical equipment failures to minimize downtime.
Support installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation of current electrical systems and projects.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Projects, QA, and EHS teams for smooth plant operations.
Maintain electrical documentation, statutory records, AMC management, and audit readiness at all times.
