Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop PLC and HMI programs. Test and validate PLC and HMI software for commissioning
readiness.
Develop visualisation (Weintek, AutomationDirect, etc.) screens for operator assistance.
Prepare technical and non-technical documentation as per project deliverables.
Provide technical support to the commissioning team in North America.
Support in standardisation and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements :
In-depth knowledge of Rockwell or Siemens PLC and HMI programming.
Experience in commissioning automotive assembly processes like BIW weld cells
or general assembly lines.
Valuable knowledge of PLC - Robot (Fanuc / Kuka) interface for various applications like
spot-welding, arc-welding, dispensing, projection welding, material handling, etc.
Positive knowledge of safety systems, including safety PLC and CIP Safety.
