Role & responsibilities
Develop 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for floor plans, furniture layouts, partitions, and interior fitouts.
Work closely with project managers to capture requirements.
Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and detailed layouts
Ensure drawings comply with building codes, safety regulations, and ergonomic standards.
Create asbuilt drawings after project completion.
Mentor junior drafters and provide quality checks on all drawings.
Maintain organized drawing records and documentation for ongoing projects.
Preferred candidate profile
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
2+ years of experience in Autocad
Robust knowledge of interior layouts, space planning, and furniture detailing.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadline
