Job Summary

Position Title: Manager - Strategic Sourcing. Education: B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical. Experience: 5 - 8 years. Work Location: Ahmednagar.

Responsibilities
Experience of sourcing Fabrication, Powder Coating, Press Parts, Moulding, Fasteners, Bought-out parts required for Business.
Having valuable knowledge of CNC punching & bending.
Possessing robust process expertise and a fundamental understanding of manufacturing concepts.
Skilled in cost estimation, negotiation, and proactive material coordination with vendors.
Cost saving: Annualized accrued saving target of 3% of material cost budget thru procurement optimization.
Commodity rate revision between 1st to 5th of every month.
Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel, including tools such as VBA, Python, etc.
To develop parts within agreed lead time and cost.
Along with hands-on PPAP activity implementation at the vendor end.
Capability in generating MIS reports,



conducting spend analysis, implementing activity-based costing, zero-based costing, and undertaking supplier de-risking and rationalization.
Experience in supplier assessment, training, and improvement.
