Role Overview

Technical Support Engineer (.NET and MSSQL) will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for applications built on the .NET framework and backed by MSSQL databases. Their role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing systems to ensure smooth operation and high availability of software solutions. Roles & Responsibility

Role & responsibilities

Technical Support:

- Address and resolve customer or internal user issues related to

.NET applications and MSSQL databases.
- Provide real-time solutions for performance, configuration, or

functionality problems.
- Investigate and debug errors in the application and database.

Troubleshooting:

- Diagnose issues in .NET applications, including code-level





debugging if necessary.
- Analyse database performance, write complex SQL queries,

and optimize stored procedures or queries.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with development teams to resolve escalated

issues.
- Assist in the deployment of recent features, updates, or releases.
- Provide input to improve application stability and

performance.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech/ M.Tech/ M.E/ MS in Computer Science/ IT/ Electronics
